Tapioca pearls cook in brown sugar until they chew. Kung Fu Tea’s explainer treats bubble tea, pearl milk tea, and boba as the same family. Tapi points at the pearls before the straw.

A pearl that sits too long turns to paste. Tapi’s chew is the clock: order, pick up, drink. Fruit tea and milk tea share the chew; popping bubbles are a different topping.

Shops print sugar and ice as percents. Kung Fu Tea publishes 0, 30, 50, 75, and 100. Tapi keeps that list next to the cup so the order matches the board, not a guess.
